Following are the procedure to be followed to make a claim:
- Inform nearest Police Station Immediatley
- If in case of Vehicle accident Note the number of the other vehicle involved in the accident, if any.
- Give written information (intimation) to insurance company or fill our inline claim intimation form from our
website
- The policy issusing officer may appoint Surveyor for further process.
- Provide necessary documents asked by the insurer and surveyors
- Surveyor will submit the report along with his remarks after completing the survey.
- Based on the surveyor report, claim will be assesment by claim officer. Prepare a note
- After approving the note by competent authority, a discharge voucher will be issued mentioning the approved
