Claim Procedure

In the event of an incident, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth claim process:

  1. Immediate Notification: Inform the nearest Police Station immediately.
  2. Record Details: In the case of a vehicle accident, note the registration number of any other vehicles involved.
  3. Notify the Insurer: Provide written notification (intimation) to the Insurance Company or complete the Online Claim Intimation Form available on our website.
  4. Appointment of Surveyor: The Policy Issuing Officer will appoint an independent surveyor to begin the formal assessment process.
  5. Document Submission: Provide all necessary documents requested by the Insurer and the Surveyor.
  6. Survey Report: Once the inspection is finished, the Surveyor will submit a formal report along with their professional remarks.
  7. Claim Assessment: Based on the Surveyor’s report, a Claim Officer will perform a final assessment and prepare an internal claim note.
  8. Approval & Discharge: Once the note is approved by the competent authority, a Discharge Voucher will be issued to you mentioning the final approved amount.
